My beautiful Lab Retriever was responsible for my unplanned visit to Miami Shores; when attempting to open a pull top can of dod food, the lit flew off and the projectile resulted in my requiring 11 stitches.
My experience was superior to virtually any doctor’s office I have been to.
Everyone of the staff including Luisa at the front desk, Robert and David, the medical assistants and Ingrid, the P. A. were super efficient, professional, comforting, and caring.
I would suggest to anyone requiring urgent care and seeking a facility that is staffed by these wonderful folks, do not hesitate -go!. On my two subsequent follow up visits, I had similar experiences and in fact I had edged a phone call at home asking me how I felt.
