Urgent Care Miami Shores

I have visited the Miami Shores Medi-Station Urgent Care facility on numerous occasions and have been very satisfied. I would like to commend Mr. Robert Beltran, who has treated me on most occasions and was very attentive and comforting. He is recognized and appreciated.

I went to Medi-Station in March 2012 after needing stitches on my eyebrow. I was treated by a P.A. named Katherine. She was absolutely wonderful! She took her time to stitch my brow and made sure to leave as little of a scar as possible. The staff were so friendly and made me feel comfortable even though I was in a lot of pain. I have been going to Medi-Station for the past 2 years for treatment of colds, flu, minor ailments, etc. I am always in and out in less than 1 hour (event when I have needed X rays). The staff is attentive, they explain things in detail and the place is very clean.

I have been to 4 urgent cares in South Florida (over the span of 3 years!) and Medi station along with Fast Care on 41st are the best. Both have clean facilities with knowledgeable, caring staff and Doctors. I was pleasantly surprised with both experiences.

This urgent care is the best I have EVER experienced. It is clean, nicely organized, the staff is incredibly friendly and honest. They were even concerned about my insurance coverage and allowed me to call the carrier to clear it up. Doctor was extremely kind and reassuring and the follow up calls were extremely surprising! I am never going to any other urgent care again!

The first time I went to this facility, I was amazed! The friendly, quick, and enthusiastic service this urgent care provided is just amazing. Both doctors were very caring about the ankle injury I obtained the night before. I recommend anybody to check this urgent care out. I use to work as an ER nurse. Was seen for a preexisting condition with my hip while on vacation in Florida. The staff were professional and courteous. The Physician Assist was quick and thorough. I couldn't ask for better service. They treated me as fast as they could. Excellent place for non urgent problems. This facility tries to undertake tasks that are beyond its capability since there are not enough tools and technology needed to carry out these tasks. The staff should only treat cases that are within its capacity and make referrals to specialists when they encounter issues to which they lack the necessary equipment. The promptness was as good as Aventura ER. Clerk was cordial and informative. The lady that took me for initial interview (RN or CMA or LPN) took vitals was kind and listened my concern. Then I was seen by a PA who after a brief exam indicated testing and prescribed some meds. Overall I am satisfied with the service even though their computers were slow, I guess they also wanted some holyday time off.

I'm a little late with my review, but I couldn't forget to express my gratitude. Took my son there for pink eye treatment. Upon arrival we was treated with kindness and patience. This place is super clean and quite. The staff is friendly and compassionate from the desk clerk, the assistants, the nurses and doctor. Also they take Molina healthcare which was so convenient for me.

I needed medical attention over the weekend. As my primary doctor was closed on Sunday for flu symptoms. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone. Nice and clean environment.
